The sizes of final products – targets are: height – up to 50 mm, diameter – up to 100 mm.

A distinctive characteristic during the cathodes production is an attachment section from titanium VТ1-0, heightened by fusing on cathode ingot. It provides a high degree of heat removing and electrical conductivity with a working part of an cathode.

An attachment section is made with two types of attachment device (screw, bayonet).
