Certain alloys are used for the production of cathodes, which applied in vacuum systems, such as "Bulat -3", "Bulat -20", "Start", NNV-6.1, NNV-6.2, NNV-6.6 etc. for the deposition of a film and wear-resistant coatings by the method of metal condensation from plasma at ion bombardment (PVD method).
